REFUNDS and CHARGE BACK POLICY: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your call or you seek a REFUND, call us first (702-296-9331) ! We will investigate the call and give you a report of our findings. If we find that the operator you spoke to was rude, unprofessional, belligerent or negligent in providing your entertainment on your call, another call will be given as a replacement or refund. IMPORTANT: Buyer's remorse is not honored at this company.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD: Credit Card Fraud is against the law? If you are charged with fraud, you can be fined and spend time in jail. It's fraud to make a call to us without the intention of paying for it, or to use a credit card that does not belong to you. It's fraud to lie to your bank and say you never called us when you did, or just because your spouse saw excess charges on your credit card bill. If you plan to deny your calls should your spouse question your credit card charges to use, or for any other reason, we do not want your business! Avoid a big headache for you and us, just don't call! WE TAKE CREDIT CARD FRAUD SERIOUSLY! If you have intentions of not following through with payment on one of our calls, we will make every legal attempt necessary to collect the bill including tracking you down for mediation. REMEMBER, every time you call a toll free number (like our number), a record is made showing the phone numbers you called from (even if it is blocked or private), the date, time, city, state and how many minutes you spoke on the phone to one of our operators. This record of calls and their origination along with a copy of our website and the copies of the pages of any of our operators with whom you have spoken is sent to your credit card company, your bank and a debt collection services. Think hard before you commit fraud or make charge backs. Just don't do it.
